Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Providing day-to-day HR support to employees and managers across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia
- Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle administrative processes, with a focus on onboarding and offboarding
- Maintaining and archiving physical and digital employee records in compliance with Polish labor regulations and internal policies
- Preparing employment contracts, letters, HR documentation, and periodic data reports
- Administering employee benefit programs and supporting local HR initiatives
- Resolving employee inquiries efficiently and serving as a key point of contact for HR matters
- Cooperating with external HR, payroll, and service vendors
- Collaborating closely with People Business Partners and Centers of Expertise
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Hands-on experience in HR administration, People Operations, or an HR service delivery environment
- Educational background in business administration, HR, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong professional English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proven background in handling employee lifecycle administration and documentation
- Knowledge of Polish labor law and HR practices
- Practical experience working with HR systems, databases, and reporting tools
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
