Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Daily manager support. You’ll be their first point of contact and partner, supporting them in people management, headcount planning, team development, and solving day-to-day challenges.
  • Recruitment (Poland & global) and recruitment tools. Running hiring projects tailored to our current needs and setting up our ATS.
  • Improving, managing, and implementing internal processes. You’ll review what’s already working for us and make it run even better, while building some things together from scratch.
  • Organizing internal matters with other teams. Collaborating with legal, finance, and operations so that formalities and information flow smoothly without unnecessary friction.
  • Culture, communication, and internal initiatives. Ensuring our actions align with our Culture Book, fostering good team communication, as well as initiating and leading engagement-building internal projects.

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) and/or the P&C/HR area.
  • You’ve mastered recruitment fundamentals, but want to go beyond, learn new things, and grow towards broader P&C.
  • You speak and write fluent English (min. C1). This is a must-have for smooth recruiting and day-to-day communication with the team.
  • You know the employee lifecycle and have practical knowledge of people processes. You can turn good practices into simple, effective mechanisms that genuinely help the team rather than creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • You have experience implementing or configuring an ATS system and work comfortably with task/project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • You live by the all hands on deck principle; you’re proactive, independent, and team-oriented.
