UX Researcher

Job Description: 

Our client is looking for UX Researcher that will work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and stakeholders to help understand user needs, behaviors, motivations, and pain points through research and evaluations. In this roll, you will identify appropriate research methods, gather user feedback, and communicate the user experience improvements based on user research. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams on various research objectives. 
• Recommend appropriate research methods based on project goals, timelines, and constraints. 
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities. 
• Develop discussion guides, interview scripts, survey questionnaires, and usability testing materials. 
• Maintain and organize research findings in a centralized repository. 
• Contribute to the development of consistent research processes and documentation standards. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science or Psychology.
• 3-5 years of experience in UX research, market research, or related experience.
• Experience working with Figma and Zeplin.
• Examples of research methods applied in current or previous role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
