Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customers from the Russian market via phone, chat and e-mail, handling both inbound and outbound contact.
  • Working sensitively with confidential travel-related information, including hotel bookings and plane tickets.
  • Maintaining a proactive, patient, empathetic and understanding attitude.
  • Representing one of the most popular travel agencies as a brand ambassador.

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Russian language proficiency at C1 level.
  • English language proficiency at least at B2 level.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and local public holidays.
  • Patient, empathetic, proactive and understanding approach to customers.
