Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Monitor and maintain Siebel CRM environments
- Analyze incidents, diagnose root causes, and deliver effective solutions
- Support Change Management processes and deployment activities
- Provide assistance to business users and project teams
- Work with SQL, system logs, and monitoring tools
- Contribute to system integrations (SOA / ESB)
- Prepare and maintain operational and technical documentation
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Experience working with Siebel CRM (Operations / Administration / Support)
- Solid knowledge of SQL and database environments (Oracle preferred)
- Experience in log analysis and working with monitoring tools
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
