Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies aligned with the target operating model
- Elicit functional and non-functional requirements in cooperation with architects, developers, testers, business and legal stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements for development teams
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the end-to-end development lifecycle
- Create and maintain requirements documentation, including use cases, and drive quality improvements
- Support developers and testers across the team and hub
- Verify implemented solutions by reviewing and validating test results
- Provide stakeholders with insights on the effectiveness of implemented solutions
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Proven experience in IT analysis and/or business analysis
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with experience in international collaboration
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Practical knowledge of API development, data mapping and process modelling
- Understanding of the banking sector and payment domain
- Practical knowledge of SQL, user interface prototyping and UI design
- Knowledge of architecture diagrams, including sequence diagrams
- Solid technical background enabling effective collaboration with developers
- Proficiency in analysis tools and methodologies
