Czym będziesz się zajmować?
YOU WILL- Work closely with the Product Owner to understand customer needs and translate them into clear business and technical requirements
- Gather and analyze requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys
- Translate business needs into well-structured user stories, functional requirements, and specifications for engineering teams
- Analyze data to support decision-making and assess the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions
- Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms to extract, analyze, and visualize data
- Model current and future processes using diagrams, flowcharts, and other process-mapping techniques
- Prepare clear documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), and user stories
- Collaborate with customers, users, Product Owners, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of internal processes
- Assess priorities and potential risks and proactively recommend appropriate solutions
Kogo poszukujemy?
MUST HAVE- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with large data sets and translating data into meaningful business insights
- Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Practical experience in writing user stories
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Experience working on large-scale and complex projects or initiatives
- Ability to assess priorities, identify risks, and propose practical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Very good command of English
- Experience with Workload Automation tools
- Hands-on experience with Control-M
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments
- Familiarity with process modelling and continuous improvement methodologies
