Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Lead Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday functionalities and best practices.
- Conduct and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Configure, test, validate, and document Workday solutions across multiple functional areas.
- Analyze HR processes and recommend scalable improvements and optimization strategies.
- Support clients in translating business requirements into effective Workday solutions.
- Deliver user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities for internal teams and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Mentor and support junior consultants within the team.
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Proven experience as a Workday Consultant, including senior-level project involvement.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and related modules.
- Experience with Workday configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in HR process analysis and optimization.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is an advantage.
