Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities
  • Lead design and implementation of Microsoft Entra ID, including multi-tenant and hybrid identity. Define and enforce governance: Conditional Access, MFA, PIM. Architect Zero Trust and advanced identity protection. Provide technical leadership in project planning, risk and contingency assessments.
  • Integrate Entra ID with AWS/GCP IAM, GitHub Enterprise and SaaS platforms. Configure SSO/federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC). Manage tenant admin and lifecycle in multi-tenant environments.
  • Administer Entra ID configuration, lifecycle, and policies. Monitor and optimize identity performance, security, and availability. Develop and enforce governance, security standards, and compliance (ISO, NIST, GDPR).
  • Automate identity management with PowerShell, Graph API, Terraform. Evaluate emerging tech (passwordless, FIDO2, AI identity analytics).
  • Ensure regulatory compliance; run audits, risk assessments, DR and continuity planning.
  • Lead global deployments; mentor teams; run training. Align identity strategy with business goals. Manage vendors and SLAs.
  • Respond to identity incidents; perform root-cause analyses. Maintain documentation, diagrams, and runbooks.

Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years in enterprise identity and security architecture; proven track record in global rollouts, mergers/acquisitions IT integration, and multi-region deployments.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert; AWS/GCP identity certifications preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection, PIM; identity protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed); hybrid identity knowledge; advanced scripting (PowerShell, Python) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform); familiarity with SIEM tools (Microsoft Sentinel).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to lead and influence across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing large-scale projects and budgets.
Nice to have
  • Experience with multi-cloud identity integration and global enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of modern authentication trends (passwordless, FIDO2).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven identity analytics.
