Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Support customers of a leading manufacturer of innovative garden equipment, robotic lawn mowers, and power tools
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to products, accessories, mobile applications, and connected devices
  • Guide customers through product setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Identify root causes of technical issues and determine appropriate solutions
  • Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary
  • Document customer interactions and technical findings accurately in internal systems
  • Educate customers on product features, best practices, and preventive maintenance
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets
  • Work from office in Katowice (Zabrska 19, Global Office Park) in the following schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00
  • Full-time position available as of 16.11.2026

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Fluency in Danish (C1) and English (B2)
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting roles
  • Strong technical aptitude and interest in consumer electronics, smart devices, home & garden equipment, or power tools
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide clear, customer-friendly solutions
  • Good knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Readiness to work from an office in Katowice
