Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Responsibilities:- Act as a single point of contact within CIB client servicing, introducing new customers to the bank and enabling selected products for existing customers.
- Manage and coordinate customer activation journeys end to end.
- Provide operational support to customers, Relationship Managers and internal teams.
- Align client needs with internal rules and local and international regulations.
- Manage the customer request pipeline and ensure internal and customer deadlines are met.
- Build and maintain a cross-functional network to support customer needs.
- Monthly gross pay of 9742–12000 PLN and discretionary variable pay.

Key requirements:- Proven excellent customer service experience and a proactive approach to improving service quality.
- Business orientation and the ability to prioritise and manage conflicting requests.
- Resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills with customers and internal teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a highly developed capacity to influence others.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in banking, finance, economics or a similar field.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Italian.
- Additional spoken and written language.
