Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Designing, implementing, and operating secure and scalable Azure platform capabilities
- Building and managing infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Leading Azure networking, including connectivity, routing, segmentation, and hybrid infrastructure
- Implementing security policies, governance, and platform guardrails
- Applying the Azure Well-Architected Framework to drive platform design and continuous improvement
- Designing and maintaining CI/CD and GitOps processes for infrastructure
- Developing automation and observability solutions using Azure-native tools and scripting
- Building developer-facing platform capabilities, reusable templates, and self-service solutions
- Applying Generative AI to infrastructure development, diagnostics, automation, and operational troubleshooting
- Collaborating with technical teams, mentoring engineers, and supporting the adoption of platform engineering practices
Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:- 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud networking, and platform engineering, with demonstrable Azure delivery at scale
- Experience applying the Azure Well-Architected Framework (Security, Reliability, Cost Optimization, Operational Excellence, Performance Efficiency)
- Deep hands-on experience with Terraform, including module design and state management
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure networking and security: connectivity, segmentation, hybrid infrastructure, identity, governance, and security controls
- Experience designing and managing infrastructure CI/CD and GitOps processes, with strong scripting skills in Python or PowerShell
- Deep experience with Azure observability: monitoring, logging, application insights, and alerting
- Experience building developer-facing platforms, templates, onboarding flows, or similar developer experience improvements
- Practical experience applying Generative AI tools to development, diagnostics, automation, or infrastructure tasks
- Strong ownership and customer-oriented mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in ambiguous environments, solve complex problems, and mentor others
- Experience working in Agile teams, including shaping epics and stories in Jira
