Czym będziesz się zajmować?
YOU WILL- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable backend solutions built with Python.
- Define and oversee the architecture of high-performance gateway and proxy services supporting enterprise-scale environments.
- Lead the implementation of secure remote access solutions connecting IT and OT environments.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Security Researchers, and Engineering teams to deliver security-focused features based on Zero Trust principles.
- Promote engineering best practices, including code quality, security standards, testing, and continuous delivery.
- Support the professional growth of your team through coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity and accelerate software delivery.
Kogo poszukujemy?
MUST HAVE- 3+ years of experience leading software engineering or R&D teams.
- 5+ years of commercial experience in backend software development using Python.
- Strong experience designing and building distributed, highly available systems.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, and RDP.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including Zero Trust, Identity Management, Encryption, and secure access architectures.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale backend systems and real-time traffic.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) in daily software development.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Angular or React.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry, especially with VPN, ZTNA, or IAM solutions.
