Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, metrics reporting, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling presentations and stakeholder-facing content.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver reporting and analytics solutions that address business needs.
  • Enhance SharePoint sites and collaboration tools to improve accessibility, communication, and user experience.
  • Support automation, process improvement, and standardization initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and data sources to enhance reporting and collaboration capabilities.
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency.
  • Role sits within the Enterprise Data Office – Stakeholder Management and Collaboration team, driving standardization, consistency and client-oriented messaging.
  • Hybrid working model: currently up to 2 days working from home per week, office setting.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 3–8 years of experience in business analytics, BI, reporting, or digital content; financial services or regulated industry preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of translating complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Hands-on experience designing and building interactive dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, capable of delivering compelling narratives and clear insights to diverse audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.
  • Skilled in partnering directly with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Experience managing end-to-end projects, driving process improvement, and executing workflow automation initiatives.
Nice to have:
  • SharePoint and intranet/site design experience.
  • Visual design/UX acumen and high attention to detail.
