Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Searching for companies that could benefit from SmartLunch / SmartJídlo on the Czech market
  • Conducting prospecting and reaching out to potential business partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Researching target companies and finding the right people to contact
  • Holding initial conversations to understand client needs and introduce our solution
  • Conducting online video meetings and walking clients through basic product presentations (with full team support)
  • Scheduling meetings for senior sales colleagues when larger opportunities arise
  • Collaborating with the sales team and sharing key insights before next steps
  • Keeping client information up to date in our CRM
  • Tracking and reporting your daily activities and achievements

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:
  • Excellent (C1/native-level) Czech skills, along with communicative English or Polish
  • Comfortable communicating over the phone and online, with a friendly and professional approach
  • Motivated by goals and eager to see the direct results of your work
  • Comfortable working with information - organizing data and planning your steps well
  • Attention to quality, focusing on genuine interactions rather than just ticking boxes
  • Expressing thoughts clearly in speech and writing
  • Curiosity, researching new topics and using insights in daily conversations
  • Openness to learning, feedback, and continuously improving your skills
  • Enjoying teamwork and sharing useful information with colleagues
Nice to have:
  • Any initial experience in sales, customer service, or client outreach
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools
  • Interest in business, sales, and developing strong communication skills
