Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and validate control algorithms for advanced power converter systems.
  • Perform simulations and testing of control systems.
  • Support technical problem-solving and root cause analysis.
  • Prepare technical documentation and participate in engineering reviews.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve product quality and engineering processes.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in the power converter industry.
  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or Power Electronics.
  • Strong knowledge of grid-connected converter control, dynamic modeling, controller design, simulation, and testing.
  • Experience with PWM strategies, current control, DC voltage control, and active and reactive power control in three-phase converters.
  • Understanding of DQ0, sequence, and phasor representations in power systems.
  • Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, PLECS, or PSCAD.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues using structured analysis methods.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of grid codes and compliance assessment.
  • PhD degree.
