Data & AI Project Manager (Remote)

Profile: Client, a leading commercial real estate global company, is embarking on an exciting journey to build its data ecosystem in Google Cloud Platforms (GCP) following its strategic partnership with Google. We're looking for a Data & AI Project Manager to join our growing Data team in the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities: 

• Support project delivery: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of all aspects of data and AI projects delivery across various local markets in EMEA. 
• Manage project documentation: Create and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and other key documents. 
• Facilitate communication: Act as a central point of contact, ensuring clear and timely communication between the project team, stakeholders, and leadership. 
• Track progress and risks: Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks or issues, and escalate them to the steerco or projects executive sponsor. 
• Organize meetings: Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and decisions. 
• Foster collaboration: Help build a collaborative environment.
• Learn and grow: Gain more experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and a deep understanding of the data and AI development lifecycle.

Technical Aptitude 

• Data & AI Awareness: A foundational understanding of the data lifecycle, from data collection and processing to analysis and visualization. Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a significant plus. 
• Willingness to Learn: A genuine curiosity and a strong desire to learn about data technologies, project management methodologies, and the specific processes involved in data and AI projects. 

Qualifications & experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline. 
• A strong interest in data, AI, and technology. You understand the basics of the data and AI development process and are excited to learn more. 
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) is a plus, but not required. 
• Fluency in English is essential.
