Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Developing Blazity's marketing and brand strategy, including brand positioning and communication
  • Building the company's visibility as an expert in AI agents, agentic workflows, LLM applications, and AI-powered products
  • Working with founders on their expert positioning: content pillars, LinkedIn posts, and thought leadership content
  • Creating content across formats: LinkedIn, articles, case studies, website content, newsletters, webinars, and conference materials
  • Experimenting with AI tools, agents, and automation to improve marketing and content workflows
  • Testing ideas, formats, and channels; tracking marketing metrics and continuously improving results
  • Researching competitors, market trends, and emerging opportunities

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, content marketing, communications, or growth
  • Experience preferably gained in a technology company, SaaS, startup, software house, or AI product company
  • Genuine interest in AI, technology, SaaS, and emerging technologies
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to explain complex topics simply
  • Strong creativity and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership from idea to execution
  • Strong research skills and curiosity about new technologies
  • Fluent English (C1)
Nice to have:
  • Experience in B2B technology or SaaS marketing
  • Experience building a company or founder personal brand
  • Knowledge of SEO or AI search
  • Experience with events, webinars, or technology conferences
  • Experience using AI agents or automation in marketing
