Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Project and work model:- Build and enhance a greenfield financial application in the Structured Loan Manager and Covenant area in an Agile setup with a dedicated business team.
- Work in a hybrid model from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa or Łódź, with three days per week in the office and flexible work organization.
- Benefit from additional training financed by Jit, regular integration meetings and a Scandinavian culture supporting work life balance.
- Design, develop and maintain full stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot and React.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and create user stories.
- Create intuitive, high quality interfaces focused on user experience.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, solution design and team discussions.
- Develop and execute end to end tests while improving processes, code quality and collaboration.
Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:- Strong commercial experience in full stack development with Java 17+, Spring Boot and React.
- Alternatively, 8+ years of hands on React experience and a strong interest in developing backend expertise in Java.
- Experience with JPA and relational databases and experience in Agile development teams.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English.
- Java 17+, React, Spring Boot, JPA and Selenium.
- Liquibase, Maven and Cucumber.
