Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain defined customer base
- Check enquiries for technical feasibility
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations
- Check incoming orders for feasibility, prices, deadlines
- SAP order entry for production plants; check confirmations
- Prepare and optimize delivery schedules via service centers; order entry in Sidonie
- Reconcile customer requirements with finished quantities; make corrections
- Manage master tape and customer stocks
- Track orders through to invoicing
- Liaise with production plants in France/Belgium and service centers in Luxembourg, Sersheim, Haan
- Apply for and monitor credit limits; ensure timely payments
- Resolve price/discount discrepancies
- Handle customer complaints
- Prepare costing, visit/meeting documents, statistics
- Prepare forecasts
- Manage customer files
- Complete administrative tasks in German and English; French is a plus
- Participate in trade fairs and exhibitions
- Occasional travel / customer visits / factory visits

Kogo poszukujemy?
- At least a completed commercial apprenticeship and at least 3 years’ sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of international trade (INCOTERMS, payment terms, export duties, etc.)
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems (particularly SAP)
- Knowledge of the industry would be an advantage
- Very good command of English and German in a professional context; knowledge of French is a plus
- Strong customer and service focus, as well as excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team, adaptability, reliability and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
