Senior JavaScript Fullstack Developer (Remote)

🚀 About the project

We are looking for a strong Senior Fullstack Developer to join an ongoing FinTech project.

The project focuses on building a platform that improves collaboration and relationship management between lenders and brokers. It is a product-oriented environment with continuous development, including new features, maintenance, and onboarding of new clients.

You will join a team working on a production system, where scalability, performance, and clean architecture are key.

 🧠 Your responsibilities

• design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications
• build and extend backend services using Node.js
• develop frontend features 
• collaborate on architecture and technical decisions
• ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of the system
• write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code
• contribute to feature development, maintenance, and product improvements

🧩 Must haves

• minimum 7 years of commercial experience in software development
• strong experience with Node.js
• strong experience with React, Next.js or Angular
• very good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• experience working with MongoDB
• experience with cloud environments (preferably AWS)
• experience working on production systems
• strong understanding of software architecture and best practices
• high level of independence and ownership
• very good communication skills

✨ Nice to have

• experience with deployment platforms (e.g. Render)
• experience in FinTech projects
