Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Pełnienie roli osoby kontaktowej w rozwiązywaniu problemów, jakie napotykają nasi planiści transportu oraz firmy transportowe z naszymi systemami IT
- Zarządzanie procedurą dla nowych firm transportowych w Genk
- Wprowadzanie nowych taryf do PSD dla każdego regionu
- Dodawanie dodatkowych regionów na naszych platformach transportowych
- Zamykanie kosztów transportu na bazie miesięcznej, w tym refakturowanie transportu (tworzenie + walidacja)
- Raportowanie kosztów transportu
- Dostosowywanie dopłat paliwowych
- Dostarczanie danych dla OFU
- Tworzenie i dystrybucja raportów wydajności dla każdej firmy transportowej
- Rozwiązywanie problemów w dyspozytorni (waga mostowa)
- Zatwierdzanie faktur w SAP Workflow
- Walidacja danych dostaw
- Pełnienie roli zastępcy centralnego zespołu wsparcia PSD
