Czym będziesz się zajmować?

What you'll do:
  • Build real mobile apps that ship to the App Store and Google Play, running on Android and iOS from one shared Kotlin codebase
  • Work with the most modern AI engineering tooling and test new tools as the ecosystem shifts month to month
  • Make technical decisions together with engineers, designers, product managers and clients instead of simply implementing tickets

  • Agentic coding is our default — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, whatever's best that week
  • We keep experimenting: no processes carved in stone, we try things, measure them and keep what works
  • We work in small, tight, multidisciplinary teams of 3 to 5 people, all on one project — your responsibility and impact are bigger

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:
  • Real curiosity — you try new tools on your own and follow where mobile and AI are heading
  • Strong fundamentals: OOP, functional programming, design patterns, clean architecture (MVVM, MVI), clean maintainable code
  • Commercial Android/Kotlin experience plus hands-on Kotlin Multiplatform, Coroutines and KMP concepts like expect/actual
  • Compose Multiplatform or Jetpack Compose plus SwiftUI, and enough Swift and Xcode to work at the platform boundary
  • KMP libraries such as Ktor, Koin, SQLDelight/Room, plus Android Studio, Gradle and Git
  • Fluency in AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar) to generate, review and improve code
  • English min. B2 to work with clients
  • In the application form, share a link to your AI-built test, tool or video: a shipped app, a repo or open-source project, or a 2–3 min video of you working with AI coding agents
If you're more senior:
  • Several years building mobile products used by real users
  • Defining technical direction and defending architectural decisions (time, quality, cost, complexity trade-offs)
  • Ownership of production quality (stability, performance, maintainability metrics)
  • Mentoring regulars and juniors, unblocking the team, surfacing risks early
  • Representing the technical side with clients (English min. C1)
