Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Turning requirements and needs into polished interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile applications
  • Creating interactive prototypes to validate design decisions
  • Ensuring faithful implementation of designs alongside the frontend team
  • Setting design directions and proactively initiating redesigns for struggling modules
  • Maintaining full visual consistency across the brand and scaling UX/UI standards
  • Collaborating closely with the development team and in-house domain experts
  • Working in a flexible model: remote, hybrid, or on-site in Warsaw

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • At least 5 years of commercial experience in Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications with successfully commercialized projects
  • Deep knowledge of current UX/UI trends and ability to spot outdated designs
  • Fluent in Figma and Design Systems, with experience expanding and scaling UX/UI standards
  • Ability to set directions, understand business goals, and soundly justify design decisions
  • Strong autonomy and full ownership of work, not looking for a management role
  • Fluent English for working in an international environment
