Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Andersen is hiring a UX Designer with German for a project on accessible digital interfaces and a scalable design system.

The customer is a large infrastructure organization operating complex, business-critical systems. It invests in digital technologies, automation, and data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and decision-making. The company focuses on innovation and continuous improvement, building scalable technology capabilities for long-term growth.

The project involves designing and maintaining consistent, accessible, user-friendly interfaces based on the Nova Design System. It includes creating UI components, high-fidelity prototypes, design specifications, and style guides, plus ongoing design system enhancement for a consistent cross-platform experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing user research reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Creating user personas and journey maps.
  • Developing wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  • Preparing final UI designs and design system documentation.
  • Conducting usability testing and iterative design improvements.
  • Developing accessibility compliance recommendations and guidelines.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Must-haves: 

  • Experience in UX Design for 2+ years.
  • Experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design (according to skill levels in section 3), or related fields.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design).
  •  Certifications in UX Research, UX Design, Design Thinking, or Usability Testing (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification, UX Research Academy).
  •  Training in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
