Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Handling customer inquiries received via incoming calls regarding technical issues and product functionality.
- Diagnosing reported problems and proposing solutions.
- Providing product-related information.
- Registering requests in internal systems.
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Very good command of Dutch
- Good command of English
- Basic knowledge of household appliances (e.g., washing machines, refrigerators, TVs)
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work with computer tools efficiently
- Availability of at least 120 hours per month (flexible distribution)
- Willingness to provide services from our office located at 24 Wołoska Street, Warsaw
