Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Lead the hiring and people management strategy for the Managed Services team in Poland, aligning compensation, market knowledge, and local labor laws with Veeva standards.
- Directly manage a high-performing team of experts and managers, ensuring accurate resource planning, capacity management, and individual performance management.
- Collaborate closely with other Professional Services and Managed Services teams to drive operational synergy.
- Engage directly with customers and serve as the escalation and delivery lead on selected strategic accounts.
Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:- 10+ years of overall professional IT consulting experience, including recent employment at a global consulting or software company.
- 5+ years of direct experience managing a billable consulting or services team of at least 30 people within the local market.
- Strong, proven track record of hiring and scaling professional teams in Poland or Central Europe.
- Clear and practical understanding of the Polish tech market and Polish labor law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Based in or around Poznan, Lodz, Warsaw, Krakow, or Wroclaw.
- Prior experience living, studying, or working outside of Poland.
