Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Own and execute developer marketing programmes driving awareness, qualified developer acquisition, activation and engagement for Blocks Network
  • Develop positioning and messaging for AI application and agent developers, translating APIs and SDKs into developer outcomes
  • Build an authentic presence in developer communities and ecosystems
  • Turn community and product feedback into actionable marketing and developer-experience insights
  • Partner with Developer Relations to create tutorials, technical demos, sample projects, workshops and launch content
  • Independently prototype lightweight demos, landing-page experiences or technical marketing assets
  • Plan campaigns across channels such as documentation, GitHub, newsletters, social platforms, forums and events
  • Improve the developer journey from discovery to first successful build using funnel analytics
  • Define and report on developer-growth metrics including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and advocacy

Kogo poszukujemy?

Minimum Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in developer marketing, technical marketing, Developer Relations or a similar role combining technical products with developer engagement
  • Strong technical fluency: understanding of APIs, SDKs, code examples and modern software-development workflows
  • Experience creating technical content such as tutorials, demos, documentation or integration guides
  • Evidence of helping developers move from awareness toward activation or adoption
  • Experience using data, analytics and experimentation to improve programmes
  • Community-minded, collaborative approach across Product, Growth, Engineering and DevRel
Nice to have:
  • Experience marketing APIs, SDKs, cloud infrastructure or open-source technology
  • Familiarity with AI agents, LLM tooling or adjacent ecosystems
  • Experience growing communities via GitHub, Discord, Reddit or Stack Overflow
  • Hands-on experience with Python or TypeScript
