Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Work model and offer:- Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa or Łódź, with 2 or 3 days per week in the office.

- Jit finances additional training and organizes regular integration meetings.
- Develop and enhance an enterprise risk management platform for non financial risks in a large financial organization.
- Modernize risk processes, reporting, data visualization and business decision support through Microsoft Power Platform.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and data visualizations.
- Design and optimize data models, ETL processes and reporting solutions.
- Work with structured and unstructured data using MS SQL, DAX and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Gather reporting requirements with business stakeholders and deliver data driven solutions.
- Work in an Agile environment and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure reliable, high quality and user friendly reporting solutions.
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Several years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong expertise in MS SQL and DAX.
- Advanced MS Excel skills for data preparation, transformations and table relationships.
- Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, data optimization, data handling, reporting and data visualization.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
