Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Own and drive the full digital marketing strategy, from planning to execution and optimisation
- Grow brand visibility, attract the right audience, and increase inbound demand
- Build and scale a strong LinkedIn presence with high-quality, relevant content
- Create and manage content across LinkedIn, website, campaigns and webinars
- Produce simple visuals and short-form videos using modern tools
- Improve website messaging, structure and conversion performance
- Lead SEO initiatives to increase organic reach and long-term inbound growth
- Launch and optimise webinars and paid digital campaigns
- Track performance and turn data into improvements across engagement, leads and pipeline impact
- Work closely with leadership to align marketing with commercial priorities
- Use modern tools, automation and AI to improve speed, quality and output
- Manage external partners (freelancers/agencies) when needed
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Proven experience leading and executing B2B digital marketing
- Strong track record in content, growth, demand generation and digital channels
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, website marketing, SEO, webinars and paid campaigns
- Strong execution skills: you can build, write, launch, test and iterate yourself
- Comfortable creating basic visuals or short-form video content
- Experience in fast-paced, high-ownership environments (startup/high-growth)
- Strong understanding of modern marketing tools and workflows (incl. automation/AI)
- Excellent written English
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
