About the role:
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to support a global technology initiative focused on enhancing and rolling out an internal solution across 1,000+ teams. The role combines project delivery, stakeholder management and technology transformation, with close collaboration across Product, Delivery and Engineering teams.
- Manage the project end-to-end, from planning and mobilisation through delivery and closure
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and expected outcomes
- Coordinate with Delivery Managers, Product Owners and development teams
- Engage with technology stakeholders across multiple regions
- Support the rollout and adoption of the solution across 1,000+ teams
- Ensure alignment with the wider technology change portfolio
Kogo poszukujemy?
Requirements:
- Strong IT Project Management experience and knowledge of PM best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with business/technology transformation initiatives
- Ability to work effectively across regions in a global environment
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft tools
Nice to have:
- Rally
- Experience with software inventory
- Experience with software/agent rollout and adoption
- Familiarity with technology controls and governance
