Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Scanning products using a 3D scanner as part of the onboarding process
  • Creating Jira tickets for scanned products and uploading the scans
  • Describing products and managing their inventory: entering them into the system, cataloging, and warehousing
  • Commissioning technical drawings (blueprints) for products and liaising with the contractor on revisions
  • Working with manufacturers on product specifications, testing, and ongoing questions
  • Building product profiles in the admin system: pricing, design regions, product details
  • Launching products in the design tool and testing that process
  • Ordering samples and assessing their quality
  • Owning the full process of onboarding non-apparel products into the catalog, from scanning to launching for design
  • Working on-site from the Poznań office (Jeżyce), as required by the nature of the tasks (3D scanning)

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:
  • Based in Poznań and happy to work on-site from the office
  • Clear communication in Polish (B2) and English (min. B1)
  • Experience in operations, product ops, or product catalog management (e-commerce experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple products at different onboarding stages at the same time
  • Sharp eye for detail and precision, with a focus on keeping products consistent across the catalog
  • Proactive problem-solving skills - improving the workflow instead of just running it
Nice to have:
  • Experience with tools like Jira
  • Basic familiarity with manufacturing/production topics or 3D printing/3D scanning
