Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Define customer's goals for Agentic AI use and translate them into actionable plans
- Collaborate with Vstorm Engineering Lead to define the path toward reaching the goals
- Iteratively update the approach based on the progress of the AI engineering team
- Communicate progress to stakeholders and support execution of the approach
- Draw from Vstorm's proprietary TriStorm methodology to secure results of Agentic AI implementations
Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:- 5+ years of proven experience in change management, project management, or executive advisory, especially in IT/AI environments
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to bring structure into dynamic environments
- Some awareness of Agentic AI (even failed projects count as valuable)
- Very good English (C1 minimum) and fluent or native Polish
- Location: Wrocław or within commutable distance – hybrid work mode is a must
- Hands-on experience with Claude or similar tools
