Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Build and execute a tailored talent attraction and candidate pipeline strategy for the Services division across the Polish market for university hires.
- Serve as the primary University Recruiter on critical focus areas, successfully supporting hires in Poland.
- Build trusted, strategic relationships with regional hiring managers and global business stakeholders to understand technical and operational team needs.
- Master Veeva’s internal hiring philosophy to calibrate top-of-funnel strategies, streamline interview processes, and reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality.
- Strengthen Veeva’s brand presence in Poland, positioning the company as an employer of choice for services, technical, and consulting talent.
- Embody core values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed.
Kogo poszukujemy?
- 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, field marketing, tech sales, account management, or a technical, customer-facing role within a global technology or consulting environment.
- Full fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken).
- Strong ownership, focus, and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving (“Care, Notice, Act”).
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Openness to alternative talent attraction strategies, non-traditional candidate profiles, and evolving team operating models.
