Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Work directly with airline clients and internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Configure, adapt, and develop Python-based services and tools to support customer implementations
- Act as a bridge between engineering teams and business users — explaining, negotiating, and aligning on solutions
- Handle time-sensitive deliverables and support implementations under tight deadlines
- Travel internationally to support workshops, onboarding, and go-live phases
- Troubleshoot issues in production environments and ensure systems perform reliably in real operations
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Several years in software engineering or similar roles
- Strong Python skills (APIs, services, data handling in production environments)
- Confidence working directly with clients or business stakeholders
- Ability to operate in dynamic environments where requirements evolve
- Fluent English and experience in international collaboration
- Willingness to travel as part of the role
- You are comfortable stepping outside pure coding and engaging with people
- You can balance technical depth with business understanding
- You take ownership and can operate under pressure when needed
- You are flexible and solution-oriented in changing environments
