Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Responsibilities:- Leading technical design of the Salesforce solution across multiple business domains.
- Defining scalable architecture for core objects, custom data models, automation, integrations, and security.
- Overseeing implementation of business processes related to catalog/rights, customer and organization management, request intake, contracting, booking lifecycle, fulfillment, royalties, billing, and legal/compliance workflows.
- Reviewing and approving technical solutions proposed by other developers.
- Establishing development standards, code review practices, deployment approach, and quality controls.
- Coordinating cross-cloud and cross-system dependencies, including API-based integrations and external partner platforms.
- Supporting solution refinement with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Ensuring the maintainability, performance, and extensibility of the delivered solution.
Kogo poszukujemy?
Must-haves:- Strong hands-on Salesforce development background for 5+ years.
- Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, APIs, security models, and deployment practices.
- Good understanding of solution architecture and multi-team delivery.
- Ability to translate business process complexity into sustainable technical design.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

The project is focused on migrating a theatrical production licensing management system to Salesforce and creating a unified platform for managing the full licensing lifecycle. It covers production catalog management, licensing, royalty collection, and material returns, aiming to streamline operations and improve process efficiency.
