Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Run international QRmaint implementations end to end: kickoff, system configuration, integrations, data migration, go-live
- Train and onboard customer teams so they are self-sufficient after go-live
- Manage implementations as projects: schedule, milestones, customer communication, coordination with sales, support and product teams
- Take international implementations over from the sales team
- Handle part of customer support requests, often turning into implementation work
- Feed customer insight back to the product team regarding new features and fixes
- Hybrid work: 2-3 days per week from the office in Kraków or Warsaw
- Initially report directly to QRmaint's board, later to the person responsible for post-sales
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Experience in maintenance, facilities or industrial environment – the key requirement
- Ability to run a project independently: schedule, customer communication, overcoming obstacles
- Comfortable in a training/coaching role with customer users
- English, Polish and German – all mandatory, sufficient to run implementations and trainings independently
- Deep knowledge of QRmaint not required – product and process taught on the job
- Daily tools: HubSpot, Jira, Fin
