Mobile application is a replication of the cloud-based platform (comprehensive online hub) for centralized access to various client services, ISO compliance management, with included iHasco and Cyber integrations. It contains training, tools, and insights service owners and employees need to tick off their legal obligations, manage company personnel, schedulling, set and achieve company goals, provide all the necessary tools, training, and insights.

We expect candidates to be located in Poland.

• Owning end-to-end delivery of React Native features for the client’s core product
• Making key technical decisions in collaboration with the team, ensuring alignment with architecture, coding guidelines, security and quality gates
• Applying an AI-first development approach
• Taking direct ownership of GraphQL integration on mobile: designing and evolving queries and, when needed, implementing backend changes
• Ensuring high reliability and performance of the mobile app
• Driving testing and release excellence
• Collaborating closely with product, design and backend teams

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building, testing and deploying React Native applications for both iOS and Android
• Extensive JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge and deep understanding of the React Native ecosystem
• Experience with Jest and React Native Testing Library for unit/integration tests, and Detox or Maestro for E2E testing
• Practical experience with GraphQL for mobile applications
• Ability to take ownership of complex features and make informed trade-offs
• Demonstrated AI-first mindset in day-to-day work, including regular, structured use of agentic AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Devin AI, Copilot Agent) and/or local LLMs
• Native build tools and pipelines
• Publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (full end-to-end process)
• API development experience for mobile GraphQL services
• Experience collaborating in an Agile
• English at upper-intermediate level or higher

• Deeper GraphQL/backend experience, ideally with C# or .NET-based GraphQL servers
• Proven use of AI for non-trivial tasks (feature scaffolding, large-scale refactoring, test suites, documentation, static checks, workflow automation)
• Design effective prompts
• Experience configuring local LLMs, custom MCP servers/internal AI agents
• Web/full-stack experience with Node.js and React
