Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Build test automation capability for the GPB Core Banking Platform (Avaloq)
- Lead the design and development of an Avaloq Test Suite with high automation coverage, continually optimising and extending it
- Keep automation levels consistently optimised to minimise manual intervention, including selecting tools to maximise performance
- Ensure products and services meet all mandatory and regulatory compliance requirements
- Maintain group controls within pod activities and resolve remediation activities swiftly
- Be accountable for the platform's operational stability, integrity, and availability
- Functionally manage the team to ensure the automation suite is delivered and operated in line with customer needs
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Strong testing background, including test automation using TestMaster
- Solid understanding of the Private Banking domain
- Experience working on the Avaloq platform, with strong technical capability in Avaloq scripting and DDIC; knowledge of Avaloq reporting/interfaces
- Proven debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to design and develop IT solutions in line with agreed solution designs, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Accountability for appropriate unit and integration test coverage
- Strong leadership skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to define and document solutions with structured analysis techniques
- Experience working across one or more functional domains and adapting quickly to new business areas
