Tester Automatyzujący (Remote)

Your key responsibilities

• Taking ownership of the test processes at the production team level.
• Leading testers to ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of effective testing practices.
• Collaborating with stakeholders throughout all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from approach to risk management, to achieve project and client objectives.
• Completing assigned tasks on time and providing regular status updates.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Hands-on experience in Front-End test automation, preferably with Playwright
• 3–7 years of focused experience in Test Automation
• Proven track record in designing, building, and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch, including defining robust test automation architecture
• Understanding of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, test-driven development (TDD), and behaviour-driven development (BDD)
• Solid programming skills in Java ( or C#, Python), enabling development of scalable automation solutions
• Experience integrating automation code with test management tools
• Ability to mentor, guide, and support other test automation engineers
• English communication level B2+, suitable for collaboration in globally distributed teams
• Availability for occasional travel to client locations

Ideally, you’ll also have

• ISTQB Foundation
• Experience in Financial or Insurance industry
• Experience with managing test and testy management tools (Azure DevOps, jira, CI/CD, TDD, BDD
