Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Providing support to users of a well-known social media platform.
- Handling customer inquiries via email and chat in English.
- Reviewing and processing user-related requests in line with project guidelines.
- The project operates 24/7. Contractors independently declare their availability within the project's operating hours.
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Upper-intermediate English skills (min. B2/C1) - mainly in writing.
- Very good computer skills, including fast and accurate typing.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Availability to participate in an 8-day training conducted on-site in Poznań.
- Availability of approximately 120–140 hours per month.
