Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Design and develop OSM components and flows
- Analyze and support functional and technical solution design
- Perform integration testing in OSS/BSS environments
- Create test plans and test cases based on High-Level Design (HLD)
- Work in Agile environments using JIRA and HPQC
- Support end-to-end (E2E) order flow analysis
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Hands-on experience with Oracle OSM in a telecommunications environment
- Knowledge of RODOD and fulfillment processes
- Practical experience with COM/SOM and OSM + UIM integration
- Understanding of ITSM processes
- Good command of English
