Czym będziesz się zajmować?

The team is building in-house solutions to support client onboarding and KYC for a global corporate and institutional banking organisation. The scope includes client-facing applications for managing activities with the bank and orchestration capabilities that reduce the time clients and staff need to complete these processes. Solutions are delivered iteratively, in close cooperation with engineers, architects and business stakeholders across a global team.

What you will do:
  • Analyse, evaluate and document onboarding and KYC requirements with business stakeholders
  • Manage the implementation of onboarding and KYC solutions, particularly application forms, including data integrations with multiple systems
  • Analyse and document business and IT processes
  • Advise and support stakeholders on onboarding and KYC solution-related queries and issues
  • Support product owners and stakeholders in prioritising work to meet global business needs
  • Identify and report risks, and define mitigating actions
  • Contribute to a high-performing BA team and support the development of junior team members
  • Promote cross-regional collaboration and maintain strong working relationships with engineering and architecture teams

  • Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow
Skills:
  • Extensive expertise in customer onboarding, KYC processes and CDD requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience documenting user stories and functional/non-functional requirements
  • Experience in global projects with international teams and stakeholders
  • Good understanding of the software development process and the ability to prioritise tasks and communicate requirements clearly
  • Experience in customer data integration development
  • Solid knowledge of onboarding and KYC renewal processes from an end-to-end perspective
  • Professional English communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence and manual testing
  • Experience working with software engineers; hands-on development experience is a plus
