Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Own the product vision and roadmap for our groundbreaking automation tool
- Define a compelling product vision grounded in customer insights, business objectives, and market capacity for services
- Lead with Sales and TA teams, ensuring all functionalities are defined, mapped, and planned for development
- Build an outcome-oriented roadmap, ensuring engagement with multiple data sources and integration with top ATS around the region
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle: MVP → scaling → adoption → client onboarding -> scaling
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Working with AI, UX, Design, Engineering, Content, and Business teams
- Agile frameworks (Scrum / SAFe)
- Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority
- Ability to operate effectively with external partners (data sources/ATS’s)
- Business & Analytical Skills
- Ability to define and track KPIs (conversion, engagement, performance)
- Strong analytical thinking and commercial mindset
- Hands-on, proactive, ownership-driven approach
- Experience in start-up / scale up culture
- Experience working in multi-market / international environments
- Very good English skills
