Czym będziesz się zajmować?
YOU WILL- Design, develop and maintain cloud-based applications using Java.
- Review proposed solutions to ensure alignment with CTO Platforms objectives and standards.
- Champion high standards in software engineering, including code quality, security, and maintainability.
- Deliver appropriate, comprehensive automated testing as part of every change (unit, integration, and regression where applicable).
- Approach technical challenges with an open collaborative mindset.
- Take initiative to improve the developer experience and efficiency.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to less experienced colleagues.
Kogo poszukujemy?
MUST HAVE- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with clear business-level English and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with a polyglot mindset; proven ability to deliver in more than one language and ecosystem.
- Experience with Java and frameworks such as Spring/Spring Boot is desirable, but not essential. Candidates strong in other languages and motivated to learn Java are welcome.
- Strong grasp of functional, non-blocking, asynchronous programming. Comfort working with modern concurrency models and reactive approaches.
- Hands-on cloud experience. Practical capability designing, building, and operating workloads in the cloud.
- Strong testing approach selection skills. Sound judgement applying the right testing techniques for the context (unit, integration, contract, end-to-end).
- Performance testing knowledge (nice to have). Familiarity with performance test design, execution, and interpretation of results.
- API security at scale experience (beneficial).
- Knowledge of securing high-volume APIs, including authentication, authorisation, and threat mitigation.
- High attention to detail. Consistent focus on quality, accuracy, and maintainability.
