Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software development and AI space
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Sell software development outsourcing and AI-powered solutions
  • Present and run AI and technology demos for prospective clients
  • Understand clients' business needs and translate them into relevant technology solutions
  • Work closely with technical teams to prepare proposals and solutions
  • Work with the marketing team on lead generation and sales initiatives
  • Build and manage outbound and inbound sales activities
  • Use CRM, sales automation, prospecting and AI tools to support your sales work
  • Attend industry events and conferences approximately once per quarter or more frequently
  • Represent Scalac and build new business relationships
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI tools, technologies and trends

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:
  • 1–2 years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry
  • Strong, hands-on experience using AI and AI tools
  • Proven experience selling software development outsourcing
  • Ability to confidently demonstrate AI tools and workflows
  • Experience with CRM and sales automation tools, such as HubSpot, Apollo or similar
  • Excellent English (C1+)
  • Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to translate technology into clear business value
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach
Nice to have:
  • Experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-sales Engineer or Technology Sales Specialist
  • Experience selling AI/GenAI solutions
  • Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents and AI automation
  • Experience working with technical decision-makers and engineering teams
