Enterprise Application Engineer (Java / Python) (K/M)

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain scalable enterprise applications and services using Java and Python.
Build and support APIs, integrations and backend services connecting enterprise and manufacturing systems.
Translate business, manufacturing and operational requirements into scalable application solutions.
Work in the Production Engineering Division on greenfield manufacturing systems and digital transformation across the Pan-EU region.

Work and benefits:

Full-time permanent employment, starting in autumn 2026.
The role is based in Wroclaw/Walbrzych, Poland, with hybrid work requiring at least three days per week in the office and flexibility for travel.

Key requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
2–3 years of hands-on production experience with Java and Python.
Experience with microservices, layered architectures, databases, data modelling, APIs, data pipelines, testing and code reviews.
Professional fluency in English.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial or automotive environments.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, containerisation or orchestration.

Autonomous ownership from concept to implementation, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisation, multitasking ability and comfort working with large multinational, multilevel teams.
