Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Being the contact person solving issues that transport planners and transport companies face with our IT systems
- Managing the procedure for new transport companies in Genk
- Entering new tariffs in PSD for every region
- Adding additional regions in our transport platforms
- Closing transport costs on a monthly basis, including reinvoicing of transport (creation + validation)
- Reporting on transport costs and adjusting fuel surcharges
- Delivering data for OFU and validating delivery data
- Creating and distributing performance reports for every transport company
- Solving issues in dispatch (weighing bridge) and validating invoices in SAP Workflow
- Being a back-up for the PSD support central team
- Supporting the Transport Manager with evolutions of the IT system
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Knowledge of Excel, SAP and Google Workspace
- Reporting skills
- Team player
- Capable of working independently
- English is a must; French and Dutch are a surplus
