Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Provide technical support to customers of a leading manufacturer of garden equipment, robotic lawn mowers, and power tools via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to products, accessories, mobile applications, and connected devices
- Guide customers through product setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Identify root causes of technical issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary
- Document customer interactions and technical findings accurately in internal systems
- Educate customers on product features, best practices, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets
- Work from the office in Katowice (Zabrska 19, Global Office Park) according to the schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00
- Full-time position available as of 16.11.2026
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Fluency in Norwegian (C1) and English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting roles
- Strong technical aptitude and interest in consumer electronics, smart devices, home & garden equipment, or power tools
- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear, customer-friendly solutions
- Good knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Readiness to work from an office in Katowice
