Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Scope management: documenting requirements, flagging ambiguities, and supporting alignment before development starts
- Day-to-day operations: managing ongoing content changes, site updates, and maintenance workflows
- Sprint coordination: supporting sprint planning, backlog management, progress tracking, and identifying blockers
- Quality assurance: testing against specs, validating against design intent, and supporting QA coordination
- Stakeholder communication: supporting regular syncs with external partners and internal stakeholders, preparing status updates, and flagging issues when needed
- AI-powered workflows: using AI tooling to accelerate documentation, specification synthesis, and project tracking
- Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Kogo poszukujemy?
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, product management, business analysis, Scrum/Agile environments, or digital delivery
- Basic understanding of how to translate briefs and business needs into clear requirements
- Experience or exposure to working with creative/design and technical teams
- Strong written and verbal communication, especially in asynchronous and cross-timezone environments
- Experience with or willingness to learn project tracking tools, documentation, and collaboration platforms
- Interest in using AI-assisted tools for project management, documentation, and workflow automation
- Fluent English
